Everything starts with our general wait list. For Goldendoodles; one for petite/mini sizes and one for medium/standard sizes. And for Bernedoodles; one for all sizes. We require a $200 non-refundable deposit, and an application to be placed on a wait list. When we have a litter born, I will contact those on the wait list. At that time I will ask if that litter works for you, what gender you want, and if the take home day works for you. If the take home date does not work for you, then you will have to wait for another litter. I will contact you via phone or email. If I don’t hear back from you within 24 hours, I will move on to the next person on the list. When I do reach you, I will need a decision that day. If I call you twice for a puppy with no response, I will remove you from the waitlist. Everyone is excited about getting a puppy, so I can’t keep everyone waiting. When the puppies reach 5-6 weeks of age, I will contact you again. We will then help you pick your puppy, via pictures and videos, If you decide that your pick isn’t exactly what you were hoping for, and you choose to go back on the general waitlist, you will fall to the bottom of the general waitlist. We require that all puppies are paid in full by 5 weeks of age. We will meet you at the airport, at no charge, if you fly in to pick up your puppy. Or we can work with a puppy nanny, to have your puppy flown to you. We will no longer ship puppies via cargo. We do not take deposits for specific litters or guarantee a spot from a specific litter. We can give you a rough estimate of when you will take home a puppy but in the end it will depend on how many puppies are in the litters that you are waiting for and how many people ahead of you decide to take a puppy.
New policy….You may still pass on as many litters as you want, but when you’ve been on the list for a year, we will require an additional deposit.
( Messaging and emailing to find out where you are on the list, does not get you a puppy any faster, Please keep in mind, every time I take time out of my day to answer those questions, it takes time away from caring for the puppies. ) I will no longer answer those messages, emails, and texts.
We do reserve the right to the first and second pick of the litter at any time, whether our name is on the list or not. Our pick may be eligible for a Guardian home. If you live in our area, and are interested, please contact us for more information.
All of our puppies are sold with a strict spay/neuter contract. No exceptions.
Our puppies come with a 2 year health guarantee, health certificate, up to date on shots, de-wormed, microchipped, and will be vet checked. They also go home with a puppy package, which will include; a scented blanket, toys, treats, and Nuvet vitamins.
